Dunno, it looks to me like just one more Titans variant, like the Titans Army and so on.
Not sure if any visual would really sell some group to me as the "Ultimized" Teen Titans. Maybe if it depicted Cyborg repairing himself with parts cannibalized from a screaming Robotman, and a crumpled pile of clothing with a tiny pink figure standing on it, representing Ryan Choi shrunk to tiny naked size....
